Promoting cross-functional collaboration through the new Open Innovation Committee
We have strengthened our Open Innovation model through a new iteration of the Open Innovation Committee (COI), a well-established forum within the company that brings together a representative from each business area. The committee regularly discusses the current status, challenges, and solutions being explored in each area, thereby facilitating the exchange of ideas and providing a cross-functional view of internal needs.
This approach makes it possible to identify opportunities for collaboration with startups and technology companies that have a direct impact on the business and to accelerate the adoption of new solutions, as demonstrated in this session featuring SmartPM, which presented its platform for the digitization and automation of the industrial value chain, in line with the transformation of the energy sector.
