LuzIA delivers secure, predefined answers on collective topics such as the working calendar, leave, and licences, reducing operational workload and enhancing the employee experience. \n\nThe assistant has already been validated through a proof of concept at Uniblok, involving more than 200 employees working across three shifts, where we have observed significant time savings with each use.
