We participated in Enlit Europe to promote energy innovation

Koldo Atxutegui, Chief Innovation Officer at Ormazabal, participated in the session organised by Enlit Europe: Innovating in Clean Energy and Energy Storage.
An interesting space that brought together local leaders and start-ups to present solutions that accelerate the transition to a more sustainable energy system.
During the day, innovative proposals such as TagPlan, Halide Energy and Adaptive Power Balancing were presented, addressing critical challenges in storage, system flexibility and the smart integration of technologies. Discussions focused on how these ideas are moving from concept to real-world application, driving more dynamic, interconnected and resilient networks.
*This meeting was part of Enlit Europe 2025, an event held from 18 to 20 November, bringing together more than 15,000 professionals from over 140 countries and 700 exhibiting companies.

Digitalization of our service unit: Towards more efficient management with Iristrace

We have initiated a key process to digitise the management of our services unit with Iristrace. Following the signing of the proof of concept agreement in April 2025, we have worked on defining requirements and creating checklists tailored to different profiles.
The tool has been very well received, leading us to adopt the Iristrace solution as the services unit's tool.

We are moving forward with the implementation of LuzIA, our new conversational agent

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, we have begun implementing LuzIA, our new conversational agent. This will enable us to quickly and personally resolve employee queries about internal processes, regulations and schedules. The aim is to improve operational efficiency, reduce response times and provide reliable information in real time. This solution will be integrated into corporate platforms, ensuring accessibility from any device and promoting a more agile and connected experience.
LuzIA has been deployed in one of our factories, where we are conducting a proof of concept to measure its effectiveness in responding to employees and gauge the level of satisfaction among our team.
