Koldo Atxutegi leads training on start-ups at BQUO
Koldo Atxutegi, Chief Innovation Officer at Ormazabal, led the training session ‘Introduction: start-ups and entrepreneurial ecosystems’ at BQUO.
On this occasion, Koldo offered his strategic vision on how to connect industry with the entrepreneurial ecosystem to drive effective and sustainable innovation.
During the session, he shared key learnings on the role of start-ups in Ormazabal's business transformation towards open innovation and the development of internal talent in new collaboration methodologies.

We participate in B-Venture round table on corporate innovation
As part of B-Venture, the leading annual event in Bilbao that brings together start-ups, investors, corporations and experts from the entrepreneurial ecosystem, Koldo Atxutegi, Chief Innovation Officer at Ormazabal, participated in the round table discussion entitled ‘Innovate or fall behind: the battle of the large corporation’.
Attendees learned about Ormazabal's open innovation approach and how large corporations can collaborate with start-ups to accelerate their transformation and remain competitive in a changing environment.
His presentation provided a strategic overview of the challenges and opportunities facing industrial companies when connecting with the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Alfonso Sardón in the seminar ‘Open Innovation: Attractive territories, connecting companies’
During the event organised by EU-LAC Digital Accelerator, held in Bilbao, Alfonso Sardón Zabaleta, Open Innovation Manager at Ormazabal, shared his experience in open innovation processes between European companies and Latin American start-ups.
The conference included presentations of case studies, collaborative activities, and a round table to identify digital challenges, all with the support of the European Commission.
